Service Agreement Guidelines
By booking or engaging services from Lava Bubbles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms detailed below.
1. Scope of Services
Lava Bubbles provides facility management solutions across Qatar, including residential and commercial cleaning, professional hospitality staffing, pest control treatments, and mobile car wash detailing.
Specific service terms, frequencies, pricing, and operational requirements will be finalized in individual service agreements or agreed proposals.
2. Bookings, Scheduling & Cancellations
Service bookings can be requested online, via WhatsApp, or over the phone. Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of scope and schedule.
Clients may reschedule or cancel bookings at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a nominal rescheduling fee.
3. Payment & Invoicing
Invoices are issued upon service delivery or as stipulated in contractual billing cycles. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card payment, or authorized payment channels in QAR (Qatari Riyal).
Overdue balances may result in temporary suspension of recurring services until account resolution.
4. Client & Operator Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe access to the premises, required utilities (water and electricity), and notify our team of any delicate or high-value items requiring specialized handling.
Lava Bubbles guarantees trained, vetted, and equipped personnel adhering to safety guidelines and quality benchmarks.
5. Liability & Governing Law
While our team exercises utmost care, any accidental damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for investigation and resolution.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Qatar.
